About Me

My work focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of pain and dysfunction. I use an integrated, patient-centred approach that combines specialist manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation, and movement strategies to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery. My goal is to improve overall health, well-being, and quality of life while empowering patients with the knowledge to take control of their own health

Pain is complex and multi-faceted, which underscores the importance of adopting a holistic, ‘whole person’ approach to pain and recovery. The biopsychosocial model plays a crucial role in this process, especially when addressing both acute and chronic pain. By considering the connection between the biological, psychological, and social factors, this model helps us understand and manage pain more effectively—leading to longer-lasting results.

As a Holistic Core Restore® Coach, I support women through every life phase—pregnancy, postnatal, peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond—by helping them restore and maintain pelvic floor and core health.

This programme is designed for every woman who has experienced pelvic floor, pelvic organ, or core dysfunction. It follows a whole-woman approach, addressing not just the symptoms but the root causes—through movement, breathwork, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and education.

My mission is to empower women with the tools and knowledge to take charge of their healing journey and create lifelong, sustainable wellness from the inside out

My main clinic is Wildwood, which is based in the beautiful West Sussex countryside near Dial Post. I currently work there on Monday’s. You can book an appointment here.
